About the Role
The Accounting Administration Process Manager is responsible for the oversight, standardization, and continuous improvement of accounting administration processes and workflows that support Contract Services across multiple states. This role is accountable for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of critical operational activities, including data entry, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable support, and regulatory compliance.
The position serves as the primary process liaison between field Operations and the Corporate Accounting team, ensuring alignment, clarity, and efficiency across functions. By identifying process gaps, implementing improvements, and coordinating cross‑functional efforts, the Manager supports Accounting Administrators in meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drives overall operational effectiveness and consistency within accounting administration.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an administrative or accounting management/supervisory role, required
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and operational best practices.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving ability.
Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new software or systems quickly.
